ORFC in the Field is a program by the Oxford Real Farming Conference that includes farm-based residential workshops.
Fernhill Farm will be hosting our Focus on Fibre on the 7th & 8th April 2026 and for more details, and to book your tickets, please visit the official ORFC website live from 10th Feb 2026
This link allows ticket holders to pre-book their accommodation here on our farm and please note this is a working livestock farm with 5 working dogs so please leave your dogs at home and out of their territory thanks.
Accommodation options:
Camping is £15 per person / per night - tents in a flat, soft grassy field
Campervans (including an electric hook-up) is £25 per van / per night (limited availability) parked on hard standing in Farm yard
Campervans in the field is £20 per van / per night (unlimited availability)
Bunkbed accommodation in a SHARED shepherds style hut is £50* per person / per night (limited availability)
*BYO top duvet and shower towels as we provide sheets & pillows - each hut has electric, heating and kettles with hot drink sachets
PLEASE NOTE - these prices are per night and we can welcome ticket holders from 4pm on Monday 6th April and departure is by 5pm on the Wednesday 8th April to allow us time to prepare for our next event here - if you wish to stay on both the 6th & 7th April, please pay for 2 nights by adding 2 items into our basket at checkout thanks
Group accommodation units are available onsite for the 6th & 7th April and include:
Loft Apartment x 4 - 6 - mix of double and bunk beds* with kitchen, washroom, large communal space
Static Caravan for a couple in a double bed* - mini kitchen - diner with WC (showers short walk away)
Shetland Arc for a couple / friends x 3 - glamping hut with king bunk beds* - Arc has electric, heating and kettles with hot drink sachets
*BYO top duvet and shower towels as we provide sheets & pillows
